Zoom2u Technologies is a global provider of innovative delivery solutions and is the parent company for Zoom2u and Locate2u. Zoom2u came to power in the midst of the pandemic as various lockdowns and restrictions made going about your day to day more difficult than ever before.
Zoom2u’s founder, Steve Orenstein, started the business after becoming the victim of a particularly stressful delivery process, where a simple lack of communicative tools made a somewhat easy transaction a bad experience for both him, and the driver. This in mind, Steve set about creating a software which essentially makes missing or losing a delivery, impossible.
Zoom2u’s technology allows for consumers and businesses to not only track their deliveries in real time, but for the recipients to liaise directly with the driver throughout the parcel’s journey. Our PR task for Steve and his two Zoom2u offerings (consumer and b2b software) was to not only raise awareness of the brand to attract new customers and drivers, but also for investors in the lead up to the business’s ASX listing and beyond.
How we worked
The main challenge for Zoom2u was, and is, competition. With millions of Australians finding themselves without access to their basic needs during isolation, lockdowns and restrictions, many new businesses have emerged looking to create efficiencies in the space.
Knowing that Zoom2u’s tech expertise sets them apart from the rest, Pure Public Relations work closely with Steve and his team to monitor competitors, and continuously workshop new ways to communicate the company’s strengths. This includes reacting with pace to the day to day news cycle to create timely and relevant opinion pieces, to offer commentary to leading news stories in the sector and to propose activation ideas and partnerships to keep Zoom2u’s target audience engaged.
