We bring big business experience to small and medium-sized organisations (that think big)
Public relations should be proactive, smart, honest, reliable, and most importantly, driven by real results. At Pure Public Relations, we also believe that the size of a business or not-for-profit organisation should not determine the quality of advice, service, and results it receives.
And it’s results that we focus on—measuring outcomes, not outputs.

OUR CUSTOMISED APPROACH IS JUST ONE OF THE KEY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PURE PUBLIC RELATIONS AND OTHER PR AGENCIES
If a PR opportunity won’t help your business achieve the goals we’ve discussed, we’ll say no.
We reserve our time (and your budget) for the public relations that achieve tangible outcomes.
Senior PR consultants only.
We don’t have interns or junior staff members taking over your campaigns. Your business deserves our best skills, and that’s what we deliver.
Our charitable clients are causes we believe in.
And our team understands charities and not-for-profits thanks to their experience as volunteers and our regular pro bono work for charities.
Integrity is one of our core values.
It drives not only how we work but who we work with. We don’t choose clients based on how well-known, exciting, or newsworthy they are. We become advocates for our clients and so only work with clients who are ethical and are good at what they do.
In fact, we have a reputation for achieving great PR for clients who might otherwise be considered too small, too technical, or too boring.
SINCERITY AND A LACK OF COMPROMISE LIES AT THE HEART OF PURE PUBLIC RELATIONS
We share the belief that being a small business doesn't mean achieving small results.
If you're ready to let your business live up to its potential — and then some.

About the team
Phoebe handpicks her team for their skills and know-how, as well as their shared belief that the size of a business shouldn't determine the quality of advice, service and results it receives.
Working alongside Phoebe are experienced senior PR Consultants and Managers who love
their work and are results-focused.
PHOEBE NETTO
Phoebe Netto is the founder and Managing Director of Pure Public Relations.
Phoebe honed her PR and marketing skills working with Sydney PR agencies, large and small, but felt frustrated that small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profits couldn’t access the expertise that big budgets could.
Founding her own PR agency was the natural next step in 2010 to share her “big business” experience with small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organisations. She has a reputation for securing excellent coverage for topics that are not obviously newsworthy, and an impressive track record for issues management. No business is too boring or technical, and no issue is too hard.
Phoebe is very involved in regular community and charity work, and sits on the board of major charities.
