IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) Oceania works to rescue individual animals, rehabilitate them, release them into the wild, and secure the habitats they call home. The Australia office was established in 1983.
The organisation is guided by the belief that collaboration is essential to protecting Australia’s rich biodiversity and achieving sustainable coexistence among humans and animals. For this reason, IFAW works with local community groups, organisations, individual landholders, and Indigenous leaders to drive policy and educate communities to develop behaviours and attitudes that support coexistence.
HOW WE WORK
Pure Public Relations embarked on a strategic public relations campaign to amplify IFAW’s message and accomplishments in the field of wildlife conservation. Our collaborative efforts focus on securing earned media coverage through press releases, media pitches, and interviews. We leverage our network of media contacts to ensure that IFAW’s initiatives receive the attention they deserve.
The PR program has enhanced awareness of IFAW’s initiatives, reinforcing its position as a leading advocate for wildlife, and bringing attention to their conservation work amongst new audiences.
