Service Today wanted to grow awareness of the business to increase enquiries as well as enhance its reputation as a leader of the field with both consumer and trade coverage. Key messages included how Service Today works to convey the business as a reliable, transparent and trustworthy source for the trades they offer.
In an industry that is sometimes considered ‘shonky’, our challenge was to debunk the myths around tradies and give a company that is providing age-old services a contemporary, reliable and positive image.
