The Safe Space Collective is on a mission to create more inclusive, meaningful, and supportive workplaces for neurodivergent people all over the world. The innovative platform provides tailored and affordable education, advice, tools, and strategies to HR teams and leaders while also supporting neurodivergent employees to feel empowered in their careers.
With research showing that many neurodivergent people often find themselves unemployed just 3-6 months after joining a new organisation, The Safe Space Collective endeavours to create a world where every neurodivergent individual has access to the same opportunities for meaningful and sustainable careers.
HOW WE WORK
Pure Public Relations partnered with The Safe Space Collective to increase the company’s brand awareness and market influence. Our PR strategy was to showcase the founding story of The Safe Space Collective, highlight its key services, and position its founder, April Lea, as an industry expert and thought leader.
We strategically targeted influential media channels, ensuring our message resonated with The Safe Space Collective’s core audience. Using a mix of business, trade, lifestyle, and mainstream media, we shared the brand’s story and highlighted the importance and awareness of neurodivergence in the workplace.
The main communication objective of the campaign was to build brand awareness amongst target audience groups and deliver a thought leadership program that will see the business positioned as experts in providing Australia’s neurodivergent workplaces with acceptance, training, resources, and support.
